Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I am obsessed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  I splurge when I can.  I like the bright green ones with the most olive flavor.  This is my mini- collection.

  • Santa Barbara Olive Company is my daily salad dressing one.  It is full with flavor, but not overwhelming.  I order online from their website because the little bottles I find in my grocery stores last about a week for me.
  • My dad gave me the PAUL No.2 PAUL is a french bakery and cafe.  It’s everywhere in Paris and there’s one in Istanbul.  This one happens to be made with Turkish olives from Artvin – Northen Turkey.
  • The one in the ceramic  bottle is my cooking olive oil.  Moderatly priced Colavita from any grocery store.
  • LA is a spanish olive oil and of course I prefer the “Intenso” blend.  There’s also a milder one.  I buy this from Joan’s on Third in Hollywood, but recently saw in the Crate&Barrel stores also.My Mini Olive Oil Collection
